Ha first day of school after promos. Seems like an eternity, all the knowledge leaked out of my brain. It must be the haze; seeped into my brain and replaced all my thoughts with polluted air. It was almost incapacitating, i can actually look at the sun without my eyes exploding O_o. Haze please go away so that i can exercise XD
Well had a really fun day at school for a change. Watched Crash during GP/Bio starring Don Cheadle, Ben Fraser, Sandra Bullock. Really great film depicting the manifestation of racism in LA. like almost a dozen characters whose lives have been irrevocably changed by racism and how some embrace and others fight against it. Really dramatic and ironic in some cases where stereotypes are actually being enforced by the discriminated and how stereotypes that have persisted for years can suddenly be overturned. A cop who molests a woman while frisking her saves her the next day from her burning car. A women who thinks her white friends are her pillars support finds a confidante in her mexican maid in her time of need. Makes me treasure our racial integration even more.
Haha and we slacked around at mini canteen for econs! I think the heat/haze is getting to me. Shoo shoo. All hot and bothered when i went for h3 bio. Listening to that NUS professor talk nonstop for 2 hours is like (a) getting killed. (b) then revived. then (a) (b) (a) (b).
Rawr and coz of h3 i missed the first day of dance prac for befrienders nuuuu. I'm going to be some robot at prac tml. Oh wells at least i got this coolio befriender's shirt! yellow! go BW! And at the canteen wil (re)introed me to his church cellgrp mate alison. O.o had no idea that she was from RJ too so awkward had to ask for her name again. LOL shes just so enthu and funny great at making jokes and teasing ppl haha. Hope to get to know you better!
