I woke up today with a splitting headache. Must be coz i only had 2 hours of sleep. Couldn't rest easy until i was satisfied with the open house video. Went to the benches by the Theatre Dance Studies and dozed off promtly, and like woke up in heaven. Actually no la heaven's not that cold but i had like 3 angels beside me Eme Anna and Joaana.
Haha we avoided assembly by sneaking up to A78, my classroom, then plonked all our stuff down. I continued working on the video, and the girls did the souvenoirs, which are these uber-cute paper replicas of AK-47s wrapped up in alu foil! By noon our posse like swelled up to 10 people, with Wil, leonard, iw, lulu, lala and joyce. Haha one whole assembly line of workers cranking out sourvenoirs. It's funny listening to girls talk to each other. They say the most nonsensical stuff, bicker then make up in 2 secs, crack the lamest jokes.
I refuse to do any more of Wil's math teacher's saikang. He's like the most acerbic math teacher i've ever met, and his name shall go unmentioned for fear of backlash. X ]
Mr. T (to wil): You're the vice-capt?
Wil: Actually... i'm the capt...
Mr. T (with a look of incredulous surprise): You're the capt?! *narrows eyes*
After that lala wil and i went down for befriender's meeting. WTH have to meet at 8.30 am tml because Mr Hodge couldnt brief us today. @(*#(!! thanks la. And then we had final dance prac. My dance partner is possibly the most gosu one i've ever met outside of dance, coz she took it upon herself to perfect her dance steps with her friends, so i was like being led all the way until i committed the whole repertoire to memory. We're going to have fun tml.
Then dance prac ended and we chionged back up to A78 to finish up the math saikang and the souvenoirs, then brought everything back down to ground floor. Big hassle setting up the booth la have to pin black paper to cover up the board, then draw stick men and guns, panda heads etc. Covered the whole floor in styrofoam snow :P Then i took some time out to go check out the other displays. Cyber gaming has like the most ULTIMATE display for open house. 1 piece of vanguard sheet showing achievements, members and games. *Clap clap* i feel sorry for matthew.
Whee then had to hurry and finish up and clean up.
I feel damn proud of our display booth and its like the amalgamation of all our efforts. (Proud) Can you identify the orange things poking out the top and the side? They're actually pellets, but they look like thumbtacks to me XD
Then mie turned up just as we were putting the finishing touches on. Seriously la haha whenever she's around there's no work to be done, then when she not around got avalanche of jobs to do. :D:D:D Gotta thank the council for making the place look so nice; cant wait to see the crowds tml. Hopefully haze wont like keep any people at home!
